  • You'll need to sign up for a credit monitoring service via our partner, MyFreeScoreNow. This is required so we can actually pull every piece of information about your credit report, provide an ongoing report of your progress and also accurately dispute. This ongoing monthly monitoring service is required for as long as we are handling your credit disputes.
    1. You will be asked to provide your basic information and please be aware that there is a subscription fee involved in getting this credit monitoring service.
    2. Important Note: Please save or write down your username and password.
    3. Once you are completed, you may begin step 3.

You'll also need to upload proof of your current address (some type of mail you've received - a water /electric/ phone bill) You can also send a copy of your social security card but that is optional.
    Please make sure you're signed up for credit monitoring as that is essential and you'll be asked for that information as well on the onboarding form

    1. You will receive email and text updates when we have sent out dispute letters on your behalf.
    2. You may or may not be contacted by your customer representative for an update so keep an eye out.
    3. A single dispute round may take between 30 to 45 days to complete. The bureaus may work faster or may take longer, that is out of our control.
    4. Important: If you receive a response letter from any of the bureaus (Equifax, Transunion, Experian) please upload your letter(s) by going to our Bureau Response section.
